Customer Service was of no help with retrieving or changing Bank Card PIN # on a Friday at closing time. Big Brush Off. Sad

I love all the tellers at this Credit Union...Wendy personal called me to let me know u had insufficient funds for a transactions to go through. She asked if I could come in asap to deposit sufficient funds so I would not be charged over draft fees.
