I can not recommend them more highly, nicest guys, great bikes, cost was good for subsequent days... 5 stars all the way!!!
We got Specialized Roubaix full carbon Ultegra Di2, and they were perfectly serviced, amazing bikes, which we had for 4 days, and I reluctantly returned after our rental (seriously want to buy one of these now!).

Had amazing service. Owner went out of his way to accommodate my son and I. Needed a unicycle crank in a jam. The store owner called a friend who had a unicycle to help us out. So appreciated his help. It's not often that you get this kind of service. So impressed. Thank you!!!!

Highly suggest drive to Paia to the next closest bike shop. Unlike this shop, those people have fast, easy and inexpensive repairs but most importantly, they treat all customers like human beings. In addition to opening 20 minutes late, the clerk at Island biker's condescending tone was disgraceful. Biking is not just a luxurious activity for wealthy tourists and those using it as a healthy transportation alternative should never be treated like garbage. Spend your money anywhere else.
Purchased a bike from this store, was a great experience. Took me SEVERAL visits to pick one. They were more than helpful. I dont know where some of these reviews are coming from. Ill be buying my next bike here.... I honestly do not know how these 1 star reviews could possibly be the case. I hope they are as helpful when I decide to buy an AWOL.
My husband and I recently traveled from Australia to Maui and decided not to take our own bikes because of the 3 island flights we were doing = too expensive to take our own. We weren't sure about hiring bikes, as we both ride high end bikes at home, BUT these guys (Bob etc) were just fantastic!!
