Guess what Lowe’s, you just lost my business, not that you care...hope karma comes back on the employees and Lowe’s for not treating me right as a customer.
First was told by employee Gena that after ringing up the items, she could not give me credit and I needed receipts because’ “I returned too many items before!” Told her I just did a complete home remodel, she didn’t care. So I asked for Manager. An Assistant Manager named Marian came over, told me I needed receipts, made no exceptions. Said, “ register would not credit me without receipts. I asked for her Manager (Tyson), she said he wasn’t working today.
Needed to order a refrigerator for rental property while we are yet on the main land. The department manager, Josh, and the salesman, Michael Currier, were outstanding. Couldn't ask for more. They were thorough, responded quickly and went above and beyond. Thank you!!!
And just think, I was just at Home Depot and they returned over $400 dollars to me without receipts or questions! Guess who has my future business!!!
Worst customer service ever. We asked for help, but the reply was I'm off the clock I can't help and the other guy is on break. Unbelievable!
So I went to Lowe’s on Maui to return 10 small items today on 27 Jan 2017 at 430pm. Did not have receipts. Usually no issue asked for store credit, would spend it again.
But......Do not expect to get a contractor to do your installations at the Maui Lowes. They will give you months and months of run arounds. They simply don't have enough contractors working for the store. I started months ago with them. Who can wait months? They still didn't get someone to do the installations for me yet. I would say, as of this date 06/07/17, getting an installer at Lowes Maui is a (no go)....
There's a great selection of remodeling products. And I believe the items here are more fancy and decorative than Home Depot.
Get someone more experience and Great customer service by the exit at the Lumber side..
