My family and I have been a member of HMSA for 10 years now, and I've also been an independent mental health care service provider that takes HMSA claims (along with many other insurances on the island). HMSA is by far the best as both a provider and a patient. They allow for the most choice, and have great customer service. HMSA is the most generous and easy to work with of all insurance providers. Plus they are totally local, not corporate mainland company. Still choosing them after 10 years!
