Tricked me into the lifetime warranty for $139.99!!! Didn't fully explain it before just charging it...and it was the manager no less! I'm going back to get it credited...
I've spent about $10,000 on three diamond rings here, and TWO OF THE THREE DIAMOND RINGS a ring fell out or a ring almost fell out. The quality on these rings are terrible in my opinion. If it was one ring I can understand mistakes happen... But two out of three? No. Sorry.
I give the two stars because the people who work here are good people and the customer care is great.
Bought my girlfriend's engagement ring and enhancement here 2 weeks ago & the employees were super helpful. Got a great deal!
Customer service is at a all time low for Kay's Jewelers. The customer service reps that answer the phone when you call the number on the back of your card do not help you solve your problems. They do not care about their customers, only the money the customers bring in. It is really sad. I may be only one person, but they have officially lost my service.
