Great place to meet up with friends to get things done in a fun way.
The Kahului Library is awesome. They have an excellent selection of magazines and newspapers, plenty of computers to use, and a great selection of books. The Hawaiiana section is filled with tons of books containing legends, culture, stories, art, cooking, and everything else Hawai'i. The fiction section is also filled with many popular books from many well known authors. They also have a great reference stuff here with many cool atlases and large books to flip through. I am a bit of a library nerd and I really enjoy Hawaii's public library system. The app is awesome and has made my life so much easier to remember when to return or to request a book anytime. I spend tons of time at the library and this location does not disappoint.
The staff is really friendly and helpful. There's parking and it's centrally located. The A/C has been broken for a while so the hours were cut short... but I think it will be repaired soon. The library in Kihei is bigger with a nicer looking facility.
