ordered delivery from here for the first time tonight me was pleasantly surprised. Our burger's hit the spot and we loves the yummy thick French fries! The kids also lived there cheesy pull apart bread which was the perfect pick for kids who don't like the marinara on pizza. We'll order here again for sure. Overall, delivery was quick for a small family biz and food was good! Thanks North Shore Pizza Co for offering a delivery service in town that's not Dominos!

The pizza looked and smelled delicious, but it was terrible. The crust was thick, tough and inedible. Too bad and I hope they improve.
Not good.. Have given them multiple chances. Glacial service and delivery.
On normal days I love North Shore Pizza... However this particular time I did not make it passed Chelsea on the phone. I called and she informed me that the wait would be an hour and a half to which I replied that would be fine. Then it was just silence until I went hello? And very snottily she replied "well are you going to order?" Under normal circumstances the order takers are friendly following up with can I get your name or phone number for the order.... but I didn't have the time or energy to even deal with a woman who was so clearly in a bitchy mood.
I simply asked her what her name was and said goodbye Chelsea. It's a shame how poorly our customer service has gone down and I've always considered myself to be a very generous Tipper and showed much praise for this local company. I really hope this employee's bad attitude doesn't affect another small company on Maui.
