A little over a year ago I was in "find the perfect dress mode" and I just so happen to come across Queens Bridal as they were setting up for their Aire Barcelona trunk show which were these beautiful line of dresses that were showcased at the store for only a few weeks and by chance I decided to ask one of the associates when they were letting brides to come in to try on the dresses and she took me in and made an appointment without hesitation and I ended up finding the perfect dress (and veil) that everyone at my wedding a few months ago couldn't stop talking about. They also have a great selection of dresses to try on in the store if you don't know what style you're looking for and also a beautiful selection of dresses to order if you don't see what you're looking for in store. Another service we used from Queens Bridal and the owner Pam was their coordination services. My fiance at the time and I talked about hiring someone at the beginning of our planning process to help burden the stress of it all and to orchestrate everything on our wedding day from hiring someone to do our flowers, set up the reception, tuxedo rentals, bridesmaid dresses, meeting with various vendors for the wedding and Pam made it all happen. I am so glad to have had Pam and her team at Queens Bridal work with us on our wedding and I didn't feel the need to stress out one bit on my wedding day because they took care of everything and made my vision for my wedding come true. Their team makes you feel appreciated as a customer and our whole wedding entourage were taken good care of and treated like family every time we made a visit to the store. I highly recommend their coordinating services for weddings and ask for Pam. :)

I went into Queens Bridal Shoppe after attepting to find my prom dress at Elly's. My experience at Elly's was very horrifying, I got told by an employee that I was too "big" and needed to get out of the dress. It was sad to see that from sizes 14-18 there were only four dresses to choose from. I felt so embarassed because all I wanted to do was to find a beautiful prom dress as well as feel beautiful in it but at Elly's I didn't get that. Right after Elly's my mom suggested to go to Queens Bridal Shoppe and so we went, at this point I really didn't want to go shopping for prom dresses anymore but as soon as we got to the store I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. The owner Pam asked me what I pictured myself in and I told her anything that fits, and so we looked around and my mom and I found that there were so many choices to choose from. Pam had the magic touch and picked me out my perfect prom dress that flattered my figure and made me feel the most beautiful. Overall my prom experience at Queens Bridal Shoppe was amazing and I was very satisfied with the customer service and friendly employees that work at the store. Thank you Pam for everything.
