The headliner in my Porsche had collapsed. After 1/2 a day at Joe's, it was good as new and at a fair price. Well done!
My car looks AMAZING! I did shop around, and asked around. I was told to go to Joe's by people who have lived on Maui for years. I did read reviews trusted what I was told. I was treated VERY nicely .... HOWEVER most importantly I love love love what they did to my car! Worth every cent .... ! Price was amazing also !
Made an appointment over the phone. Was told it would take a couple hours for the detailing. I showed up and was told to leave the car there. I told them I'd wait since it was only a couple hours. They told me it would take all day because other cars were ahead of me. I asked them what the point of making an appointment was if I had to wait for so many other cars in front of me. I was treated like I was an idiot for even asking the question. I left with no service performed. Thy are very rude and not concerned with customer service at all.
I called to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was snappy, sarcastic, and unprofessional. Whenever I tried to ask a question, she would not even let me finish my question and would answer a question that she assumed that I was going to ask, but was not the question I had in mind at all. I'm not sure what the quality of work is like, but the initial customer service is very poor.

I have read a few negative reviews on line. I think if a person goes in there and acts like a tourist with an attitude, they will have a poor experience, but then, shame on them.
Had my Nissan Altima detailed at Joe's yesterday. The crew did an excellent job. They really take pride in their work, and insisted in showing me all the details they took care of. They did much more than I had expected. Joe himself was a delight to meet and was patient with me when I thought my handicap placard had been misplaced. I will absolutely go back again.
