Very unprofessional...
The worst experience ever. Over 3weeks to get a little car from California to Maui. Never again will I ship a car.... over $1,000 in cost to just have a rental waiting on them to deliver. I got the excuse of it missed the barge last week too many times. Cost be double to just ship a car from Virginia to Maui all together....
The most amazing service! I was 2 minutes before closing and these guys were so friendly and helpful with getting my car. Thank you thank you! Or should I say mahalo :)

Were very rude and made me fly home to Vegas ...leave my vehicle in Maui and refly back out because they weren't clear on signatures and paperwork needed to move it..
Watch out! You may expect to get your car on the 12th December for weeks and then the night before its due to show up you get a voicemail saying...... "oops ....sorry, your car didn't make it onto the barge from Honolulu. And by the way ....read the small print .... you have no recourse. We owe you nada. You will just have to wait another week"
