In July I booked them to take me from my hotel to the airport. They NEVER showed up. I had booked them through Expedia so I contacted Expedia to let them know the service never showed and I had to call and pay for a taxi. It took me 4 tries of calling Expedia and Expedia calling them and they putting off Expedia before they finally denied my claim. How can you refuse to give me back my money when you never showed up to pick me up? If I could I would give you 0 stars and know I will be back on this site every month if I have to to let people know how crappy your service is.
Consistently late, no apologies, just doesn't care about screwing up flights and plans as that is your problem and not theirs. They have your money already long before.. DO NOT USE.
Just finished doing a tour with this company called the Royal Circle Island Tour and it is NOT worth a penny. We were promised 17 sights and we got to see 6 maybe 7 of them. The driver went on and on and on with his racist jokes and when somebody called him out on not taking us to one of the sights he turned around and took us, but never really spoke to us again. Boring experience, ripped off, not delivered as promised, horrible food stop. All in all a huge waste of my time to do other stuff.
Would definitely pay the extra money to book with Roberts Hawaii or literally anyone else.
Unfortunately, as I had already paid for the return shuttle, we had no choice but to book them going back to the airport from Waikiki. We booked our shuttle for 6:30pm and the driver arrived over 30 minutes late! No communication from the company and no apology when I called them to confirm if the driver was still on the way.
Unprofessional and unorganized. I booked a return shuttle from the airport to Waikiki. Upon arrival, they made me wait over an hour at the airport while picking up other guests from a flight which landed 45 minutes after my flight.
DO NOT PICK THESE GARABGE BAGS. Only reason I gave it 1 star is because Google doesn't allow 0 stars. Got the ride from airport to our resort fine. Going to the airport was horrible. Called a day early to confirm our shuttle for when we leave. Were waiting outside our resort 5 mins early and no one showed up. We call and they said we have someone on the way. Another 5 mins go by and no shuttle, so we called again and they said we have a taxi coming for you. WHAT!?!! First of all, we payed for a shuttle both ways. Second, the taxi they called went to the wrong resort. So our resort provided us with a taxi which we could've done the whole time we waited. VIP even hung up the phone on us after our complaints. COMPLETE TRASH. GET THEM OUT OF THE SHUTTLE SERVICE.
