Have brought my same phone in twice - once I dropped it in a cup for of coffee and another time the sound wouldn't work. Both times they fixed the phone within hours. Highly recommend!
i brought my sad little broken phone into the shop, and they offered to fix it for $60 or let me pay a bit more to trade it in for something they just gotten in the day before -- a very nice upgrade from my old (sad broken) phone! with a 6 month warranty! PLUS they threw in a free charger (and they didn't need to to make the sale, since i had already said i was purchasing) PLUS uttered the words i have been longing to hear from someone, somewhere: "oh, you actually don't need to keep the receipt for the warranty, we keep your info on file." SHAZAAM!
