The customer service by janelle was terrible. She was rude and unhelpful. Don't try and use the bathroom, you will be quickly shot down "no public restrooms", I just laid 100 dollars and I can't use the bathroom or leave my car here for 2 hours where it is noted by a sign 'customer parking' . Please do yourself a favor and avoid or she'll make you sad.
