Just wanted to let my peers and fellow Verizon Network people know the real deal.
In the end I spent over 5 HOURS over three days on the phone with multiple Verizon managers and customer representatives and finally gave up. I was told that since they no longer offer unlimited data there was no way possible, there was no check box or button to press, that would allow me to go back to my original contract that I had for many many years.
Verizon has a bad reputation for customer service and they Farrand m stand for it.
Bad customer service. The stuff typically just wants you to sign for a plan and have no clue of anything else basically. If you, like us, have questions related to bills they are unable to assist you and all they can do is have some number called and then you wait for hours on the line.
I have called them over the phone and no one answers. Horrible service
This happened a while ago but I am still so upset about this and I wanted to take a couple of minutes to warn my fellow Verizon Customers. I was mislead and told incorrect information to get me under a contract. This is not alright and I am still baffled at the whole situation. There is no way it was even close to legal but I do not have the time or money to hire an attorney. I am a pretty relaxed young professional on Maui and it is not my style to involve attorneys for anything but I felt so taken advantage of that i seriously considered do so.

Not really Verizon Wireless just an authorized dealer. Don't do it! they will make you sign other documents that you won't have to sign at the "real" Verizon store. Not worth it. It will cost you a lot more should you have to cancel your contract early. Poor customer service they won't explain all of this to you. You have been warned! Go direct an avoid the headache.
Too many issues to list here. But beware - they like to charge you for things you don’t want and don’t need without telling you they’re doing it. Avoid this place.
I got totally screwed over by the at this Diamond Wireless. It was unbelievable how blatantly mislead I was resulting in a change to my existing contract and the loss of my unlimited data.
I get that they want people to change over to paying for using data. This does not make it okay or even close to okay to falsely explain my contract. The worst part is that I happened to receive my first bill within 14 days and called to question the charges. I was told not to worry and that my bill appeared that way because it was a prorated first months bill. I had them note on my account that "if this is not the case that I am calling within 14 days and I would like to cancel this contract and keep the one that I had."
