Wound up at Maui airport with two hours to wait. After a long day of travel, I needed sustenance.
And it's the only place in the airport to provide table service....

Bench seats are destroyed, almost sank to the floor, drinks are expensive. Didnt order food. I'll give one extra star to our waitress since she had way too many tables to look after reasonably
My experience here is nothing like many of these negative reviews. Our flight was delayed 6 hrs, so United gave us some vouchers for a meal. My fish tacos were great. Other food looked good too---wings, chicken sandwich, steak sandwich. Service was very courteous and reasonably fast. Prices were high, but consistent with what we experienced all over Maui during our week-long vacation, with a typical captive airport markup (i.e., everything here is 1.5x more expensive than the mainland). Granted, we didn't have any adult beverages, so we could only judge the food. Good experience.

I’d love to rate this higher, but I really couldn’t. The food was fine - actually pretty delicious, but the management team needs to better support the serving staff. There are at least 40 tables that are only being serviced by one, very kind and sweet server. I feel bad for her. The dining room is messy and there is only one person helping her take care of a full room!
Unfriendly douchebags except one bartender. Nobody smiles. We ask for a table to watch the game, they say sit anywhere but some of the tvs are broken and they still said sit anywhere without even looking at us. My dad wants to charge his phone, but only outlet is in the back, they said he had to babysit it. There's an outside part where it's raining, I use a wrap to cover myself, they told me I couldn't cover myself because I might be sleeping, even tho I already paid for a full meal and my sister is sitting at the same table having a drink. I'm from NY and it's rare to experience disrespect like this. I'm pissed. Food was good tho.
