I had 4 appliances serviced. One service person serviced 3 appliances - he was on time, explained what he was doing and completed his tasks in a timely manner. (Although I cannot tell the quality as the appliances were not in disrepair).
Sears service personnel have always been very courteous, friendly, efficient and on-time.
Tire center is really unprofessional they take very long and aren't very educated on service or automotive in the front desk. Bought tires was told they could be mounted and tpms could be installed which I already bought from the dealer. This wasn't the case when I spoke to them in the store when my tires came in and I went to install them. They told me I'd have to buy the sensors from them at a marked up price! Guess what my sensors can only be bought at the dealer! They are very arrogant and say anything to get you to purchase. I'm having a hard time finding good service on maui when it comes to tires. We ended up going to Costco installed my brand new tires from sears for way cheaper ended up coming out to 100 bucks compared to 195 at sears.
Keep it on deep fill for all your laundry needs.
The last appliance service person was late, actually coming an hour later that scheduled but he did explain what he was doing and competed his tasked in a timely manner.
Use only the right amount of soap and never double the amount of soap you use.
Don't overload the washer.
I went to make a payment on my bill. Because I had left my credit card at home, I was worried I could not take care of my payment, but the sales person did a great job! Thank you.
SEARS service tech. is knowledgeable & friendly. Finally the problem is fixed my washer for the third times replaced parts & adjusted. Thanks to Randall.
He said our washer is running the way it's supposed to.
He had a lot of good advice to share about how to better care for our washer.
Keep it clean on the inside and you could even wax the rim inside with car wax. It tends to get rusty there.
Leave the washer door open.
If starts to sound noisy, it's transmission that needs changing to give them a call.
