We ordered multiple pineapples as gifts. Their site requires a separate transaction for each pineapple to a different mailing addresses (5 different transactions.) Unfortunately, although the site had us write out gift cards (Yay!), not one card was included in the delivery of our 5 deliveries. What a bummer! Lastly, we paid for 2-day delivery and got our order in by the deadline for Christmas delivery cut off. Unfortunately, one of the pineapples didn't get there until the following Tuesday. When we called to inquire, there was very little concern offered by the company. Overall, there were a bunch of things that bummed us out about this experience. Would really love to use a pineapple delivery service in the future as they make for unique and greatly appreciated gifts. Would look around before using Mr. Pineapple again.
