I brought in a picture of how I wanted my hair, which was about 5 inches long. She cut and cut and I was left with about 2 inches. It l9oked nothing like the picture we brought in, my gf commented that it was a lot shorter than we asked and the hairdressers response was "not that much shorter"
I won't 've going back there.
