Dale at BedMart in Kahului is amazing!! Not only is his customer service a 5 star but so were the prices he gave us. There was absolutely no pressure at all. He was able to beat a competitors price for us. We shopped around comparing prices and ended up getting the best deal and best service from Dale at BedMart. His prices were so good that we bought 2 queens and 1 king bed from him. I highly recommend you go see him for all your bedding needs!! Also free delivery and set up, you cant beat that!!
Dale was simply amazing with his customer service and his overall knowledge about mattresses. He helped us to find the best mattress to fit us with a no pressure experience. He was able to give us same day delivery and a great price.
The best asset they have is a sales associate,his name is Dale Kreps,I kept his card for 2 year and this week I ordered a bed from him.Dale left a wonderful impression and that's why I returned to bed march by my bed
After many hours of online and 2 other local bed store research, I checked out Bed Mart because I read many wonderful reviews about Dale from the store he worked 7 years ago and his name popped up again while checking out Bed Mart. He lived up to his professional, friendly, about the customer reviews. He confirmed much of my research and listened carefully to what I was looking for and swiftly suggested a discontinued bed with great value and the "ideal" bed for us. The other sales staff, Melissa and Bill were also professional and friendly. Delivery guys, Kaleo and his pal (sorry forget your name) were way cool, very respectful of our home, quick and got all the paperwork correct!! Thank you Dale and all of you at Bed Mart. Mr. Owner, you must be a great boss to work for. How about some raises for these great people. (Promise, my request not theirs!) :~
