We decided to stop by and check out some mattresses the other afternoon after many months of painful and unrestful sleep. when we walked in the store we were greeted by a very friendly elderly man. he was very helpful with helping us find the correct size for the two of us. he told us about the different options we had and showed us all of them. he was very informative and was a very good salesman! Our matteress came the next day on time, was set up very quickly, and felt amazing! we are very pleased with the customer service we recieved and how quickly we recieved it.Thank you dale and all the staff at americas mattress in kahului! I checked out 2 other locations before buying the mattress here - I'm not sure why considering they told me upfront it would take 2 weeks to deliver. I was told they would bring everything with them on the day of delivery but they did not include my bedframe which was an error. They had to leave and come back later to deliver - frustrating. Saleswoman was knowledgeable and friendly.
I have had an issue with my right hip burning after laying on my side for greater than 3 hours, sleeping on Tempurpedic purchased in 2005 and a Tempurpedic Weightless Supreme purchased in 2012. Dale at America's Mattress assisted in purchasing the proper mattress for me. I laid on 5 different ones for about 30 minutes each and decided on the Serta iComfort Reinvention. I now sleep anywhere from 5 to 6 hours with no burning on my hip or sore back. I appreciate the time Dale spent answering my questions and directing me to purchasing the correct mattress for my specific condition.
Dale made our mattress shopping experience so stress free! We actually stumbled upon america's mattress by mistake. We were looking for another dealer, and after meeting dale, found that we were lucky to have WONDERFUL options & BETTER warranties and longer trial periods on the mattress we chose. Dale was so easygoing and not pushy. Adam and I were able to spend time testing the few mattresses we were considering with not being pushed to just buy and get it over with. Dale spent time on his day off working with us, and even stayed late the night we purchased. He is more than a salesman. Dale goes above and beyond to make you happy.
