our rental car broke down and two quick tow guys came and swapped out our car on hana highway at 9 @night. not only were the guys nice but the recomended places to eat knowing that most places were closed and that we were probably hungry after being stuck with a broken car. true aloha spirit, infections. thank you guys
It's your choice to choose any tow company out there. Do yourselves a favor and pick ANY one EXCEPT QuickTow.
Do Not Use Quicktow. The other day one of their drivers nearly killed me. He accelerated to cut me off as I was trying to merge onto highway, there was plenty of room, he had to punch it to cut me off and since he was towing a car I was very nearly was driven into the guardrail. Called 2x & asked to speak to owner/Manager but days later no call back, they don't care! They are dangerous and have no Aloha!
I called for a tow, and as the driver arrived my car started so I didn't need the tow anymore. I tried to cancel the tow, and the dispatch named Leila told me I had to pay the full $100 that the tow was going to cost. I told her it was extremely unreasonable and said I was willing to pay something, but the full payment was for services that weren't rendered. Even the driver Jordan didn't agree with the dispatch or the company he worked for! I ended up getting forced to pay the $100 for NOT BEING TOWED!
