Not helpful, I bought my tires here and had some issues and they wouldnt help out so had to bring it elsewhere to get it fixed.
Gosh, shucks I get the worst of luck every time I call. I got hung up on as soon as phone was picked up. Goes straight to message board. :( just wanna check on stock, wish there was an online inventory check for customers to utilize. They are super helpful upfront at store...just the phone service is not that great.
Brought my flat tire in off my car, they told me an hour and that they'd call me when it's ready, I sat and waited for 2 hours, was sitting in my car and the guy in the shop recognized me, and said "you never got your tire yet?, it's been ready." So why the f*^# did they not call me, aside from that everything else was fine.
Best deal for tires on the island. Does get very busy...waited almost 3 hours. Get there early because they will stop taking appointments when the quoted wait time goes past closing time.
i like costco,for me costco got the best tires BFGoodrich Baja Champion and honestly there employees in the tire center are very Professional
