Horrible service walked inside and sat for like 30 minutes, guessing they didn't think I was a serious buyer because of the car I was in. The guy finally walked in and I said I had a few questions about suspension and rims and tires he then told me I could order rims from anywhere, then started rushing like he had somewhere to be when there was no one else in there. Said look online and then said he had stuff to do and walked out and started standing in the garage talking to a co worker. I had cash money for this man and he rushed me out most likely because I was driving a car, not anything lifted and also because I looked younger. Well this young guy had 800 dollars cash ready to spend. I don't recommend this place to anyone you'd be better off buying stuff from Walmart. They might actually help you.
I'd give it zero stars if I could. I walked in and had a few questions. Basically I was ignored. I was wanting work done on 2 trucks. Both going to be lifted, rims/tires, exhaust. Because they didn't take the time to even answer my questions, I left and never looked back. I'd recommend in order: 1.)1320 Performance on Lower Main. 2.)the guys at IMM, but they are kinda expensive and seem to rush you on the phone. 3) Sending your vehicle to the Mainland to be modified before going to Maui off road.
I’ve had Jeep lift and repair work done here and Jeff, Pat and the whole crew have always gotten it done with no hiccups. They are quick to get you in and they do solid work at fair price. Always get me back on the road/trail in no time. Mahalo to Jeff and Pat
The guy running the counter was friendly enough, but when I started inquiring about getting ahold of more parts for my truck to get more flex up front I was basically told good luck. As in they weren't going to be the ones to help me out. Guess I'll take it to a shop run by a local that likes making money and not someone who only caters to the rich white people and their pavement princesses.
Excellent service and super helpful towards ideas in making improvements to our jeeps!! Highly recommended!
