My hour massage with Ann was amazing... after 2 days of driving to Hana and back along with some active hikes I was feeling a bit sore and achy. She listened and provided a beautifully therapeutic bodywork session. Spending ample time on my feet and back which was wonderful. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you Ann! :)
THE WORST MASSAGE EVER!!! I got a massage from Ann. She didn't know how to use the right pressure! She injured my hamstring! She claimed what she was doing was Lomi Lomi. I have had hundreds of massages and am a Licensed massage therapist myself. I have advanced training in many modalities including Lomi Lomi. Her " Lomi" was terrible! She didn't do the strokes correctly or work with any intention. When she worked on my back for only about 3 min, she banged her stomach on my head several times as if she was unaware that she was banging my head with her stomach. The massage was supposed to be a 90 min. I stopped the session because it was so terrible. She charged me for a half hour. By the next day I realized it was ridiculous that I paid for a half hour massage when it was terrible and she had injured me. I called her and asked for my money back. She asked if she could call me back. I replied " Yes. " She never called back. I have tried calling her several times since and no one answers, not even a voice message. She is avoiding my calls. I want a refund! And no I'd never give her a second chance. She doesn't know what she's doing!
