This place is terrible!! Always a wait, usually at least 45min. Incompetent staff. Rude front desk as well as the girls who answer the phones. I have been lied to by a nurse there regarding my appt with ammerman (dr), who btw is never there. Also, if she is, she will try to force you to take drugs she wants out too. And if your wearily of that, she will just stop explaining anything and absolutely will disregard your concerns and not even consider another course of treatment. She also never returns phone calls, ever! I would give this place zero stars had that been an option. Just because it's new and pretty, DONT BE FOOLED!!Please, save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else!!! Beware!
As a doula some of my clients hire Dr. Takemoto and Ammeraman for their care. I have found them both to be compassionate, caring and they explain things very clearly. It is always a joy to work with them and I look forward to working with them more in the future.
