I lost my glasses in the ocean and it was my first day on vacation. I didn't have my spare pair with me. Everyone here was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to get a new pair of glasses in the same day at a reasonable price! Thank you for saving my vacation and helping me see all the beauty in Maui!!!
Amazing! Here on vacation and my wife loses her glasses. They are extremely friendly and service was unbelievable. They worked us in for a eye exam and went above and beyond to get the glasses done.
the other employee who was 10 feet from us. This second employee never greeted me, just relayed the answer that I couldn’t get that feature. The nice employee told me she could show me another pair of glasses for that feature. I said thank you, no, and left. My negative experience is with the employee who could not be bothered to come over to me herself and speak to me personally. She just kept organizing frames on the display cases. Just rude and poor customer service.
In September 2017 I received professional and friendly service when I spent over $700 for 2 pairs of glasses. The pick up visit was excellent also for the fitting. However, on 10/23/17 I went in to see if I could get another feature added to one of my pairs of glasses. It was lunch time and only 2 employees were present. We came late cause my daughter and her baby brother was horse playin and she broke her side of her glasses, even though we we're covered under Kaiser we still came out lookin great and a very REASONABLE PRICE TOO!!
