Very sad to say my sister who was visiting from CA. had the worst shopping experience she has ever had. After voicing her opinion regarding a misleading Sale sign with very small print on the bottom of the sign. A manager verbally repremanded her and threatened to have her escorted out of the store more than once. The manager, who when asked by my sister would not give her her name, in fact told her "I have no name" ? What? The manager was telling her "Shut up People like you come in the store and think you can say what ever you want" What did that mean? Shut up People like you? And she said that more than once in fact she said it numerous times. (Prejudice? Doesn't like tourist? What is she talking about? What does people like you mean?). I'm saddened to think a tourist any tourist, the life blood of our community is insulted let alone my sister. I'm embarrased. Shame on YOU no name manager of Charlotte russe in Kahului. You should NOT be a manager of anything.
I shopped for a sweater for my mom. The associate Hannah was very helpful and made our experience wonderful. We ended up with several sweaters at great prices and my mother just loves them.
