I used to be a co manager at a Journeys on the mainland so I know the Journey's attitude and how it works and was really disappointed in the service and lack of even acknowledging any customers in the store.
Went in last week to look at sandals and the knee high docs. Two guys just standing around talking nobody said hey to me. Didn't offer to grab me shoes when i was clearly looking at the docs and trying on the flip flops on my own.

Price on the shoes I bought was much cheaper then comparable ones at the Vans store. Sales associate was very friendly.
Came in today to buy some doc Martin's and Caity treated me with care. She helped me find the right size and made some great suggestions for socks and shoe cleaner. Much better experience then my previous visits! Give that girl a raise!!!
