I had an issue with a lug nut. They were the last to tighten the lug down, when I took it off the lug was broken. I took my car in to have it fixed. I was talking to the front desk about what happened. I said they were the last to work on it. Then the owner came in and told me and in an vrey aggressive way said we can't work on your car and said "first I talk then you listen" he was talking to me like I was being a liar about what happened and I said wait I'm just seeing figuring out what happened. I can pay for this service. I asked his name and he said, "I'm the owner." And walked out in a rage realize he was accusing me of something that wasn't the case. I said to Matty at the front desk that was pretty uncalled for. I did ask her then, "Is it possible to have it covered because you were the last to work on it?" That was it that was the extent of it. I asked that one time only, no harm in asking. I wasn't being pushy. If he would have said, "No we can't cover your car, we can't cover the lugs as they can break from wear and tear." I would have said okay I would gladly pay and left. Instead he came back in and said, "What I thought about you was true we can't work on your car and handed me the keys." The way the owner came at me and spoke down to me was extremely unprofessional. He could have calmly told me the policy and it would have been fine. I would have paid and they would have kept me as a customer. I think me asking if they could cover the repair was completely fair considering they were the last to tighten the lugs.
Fast, efficient service by knowledgeable professionals. Staff is friendly and attentive. First time visit....I will return for my future auto service needs.
