I have used sears auto center several times... They do a good job... always ask for coupon or latest deal.. Usually they can get my car done in a few hours...
Had my car "aligned". It's now pulling more to the right than before. What a joke. Don't bother coming here; waste of time and money.
Would not ship in a car battery that was advertised on their online store, terrible customer service despite many visits and compromise for them to have it shipped in. Manager did not want to talk to customer and showed no interest in our concern.
There's definitely a sense of low standards here, especially with regard to customer communication. When I try to call, often no one answers, and when I walk in and wait, no one is in a hurry to help.
I would give no stars if possible.... horrible customer service
