I recently went in to Dr. Birch to have my feet looked at after several months of pain in my feet while running. He looked at my feet and my old running shoes and recommended that I start with a better pair of shoes. He didn't try to up-sell me to orthotics or anything that didn't seem to be necessary, I appreciate that in a doctor and his recommendations have been right so far.
