I am very disappointed and angry at the volitile serivice at Dr. Lu's office. Every time I've had an appointment I have had to wait over 1 hr from time of my appointment to see the Dr. The first 2 appointments I had to leave because the wait time was so long I had to leave for work before they ever called me in the the examining room . I am very dissatisfied. I'm also disgusted that the bathroom has not been clean on my visits. If you have a Dr's office you should at least spend the time and money to provide a clean and CLUTTER FREE bathroom.
I was treated for Spider Veins by Dr. Ly 6 years ago and to this day my legs look great. I thank Dr. Ly for giving me the confidence to go to the beach again.
As a former roomate of hers in Columbus Ohio in the mid 90's, I knew Micki to be an insensitive jerk and very full of apathy. Her attitude towards a paying tennant was shocking to say the least. To think this woman is in a customer service based business and a DOCTOR is unbelievable to me and I'm sorry for the rest of you poor people that go to her for skin problems. Steer clear of this woman.
Extremely rude, awful experience with this doctor. When I asked for clarification of a bill she wouldn’t return my calls, she had her lawyer call me! Bizarre and unnecessary!!
Walls are paper thin. Very insensitive. Overbookes and make you wait with a full waiting room. Lack of confidentiality told other client I know about my visit. Wish I would have read reviews before I went. Terrible experience
