UNBELIEVABLE is the only word I can think of to describe Dr. Chang and his staff! We are all so lucky to have him on the island and will go one further in that I would encourage anyone in the WORLD to come to Maui for his treatment. He performs as a professional but talks to you as a friend. My sincerest thanks and Aloha Dr. Chang!!!!

I was seen at their clinic (Hawaii Cataract & Laser Institute) in March. I was experiencing some light flashes and increased floaters in my left eye. My optometrist said I need to be seen immediately at an eye clinic for a possible detached retina. I basically walked into Dr. Pham's clinic without an appointment and I was registered and seen within the hour! Because of some bleeding in my eye she was unable to determine if the retina was detached, so she saw me back regularly until the bleeding was resolved and she could determine that my retina was ok.
