Very poor customer service, even worse at repairing phones. The screens they use for replacements are cheap and fragile but you pay a ton.
Very kind and helpful people who communicate well with us non computer people. Fixed my phone which I thought I would need to replace and did it fast, efficiently and reasonably. Much appreciated.

This is the best place in Hawaii to get any electronic repaired! These guys are professional, knowledgeable and honest. They will also tell you if it's worth it to get your phone fixed. Their prices are very fair and they get the job done quick! Mobile Remedies is the BEST!
These guys took my phone, replaced the screen, then broke the home button, then replaced the fix screen with the broken screen, gave me the phone back and told me pay $300 to apple to get fixed after me waiting 4 hours. They made the phone worse.
Dropped my iPhone 6+ this morning and shattered the glass screen. These guys at MR quoted me $225 plus tax to replace the glass. Just prior to this call, I had checked with my Apple Store on the mainland (Portland, OR) and was quoted $129 for the exact same repair. I asked the MR guy why the huge difference in cost, especially after learning the glass only cost them $8 and the the time involved is only about 10 minutes to complete.
I'm a small businessman and would never begrudge someone/business from making a FAIR profit, but this is nothing short of out-and-out price gouging.
