Customer service is a joke I left sprint for them and they are just as bad better to go art or Verizon. Girl shirt was showing more cleavage then I want to see....
I went in just wanting a quote on a new line because I was very skeptical. LYNNIE welcomed & helped me. She was very Genuine, Patient, & Thorough. She made it easy to trust their products & services. It was overall a great experience.
They're a lot cheaper than Verizon, too.
I would definitely recommend others to use this phone carrier if they have a lot of questions, problems, etc. with their cell phone device.
