Best seats are in the front though but being at the windows in the back is nothing to sneeze at. Our biggest concern was hoping that a larger person doesn't sit next to us as the seats are a bit cramped. Thankfully that didn't happen. If travelling as a couple, it may be worth upgrading to front seats. Temperature inside was controlled so it was not at all cold. Jeans, tshirt are sufficient.

WOW. What a great experience we had on Air Maui. We purchased our tickets through Costco, totally reasonable for the 45 minute helicopter ride to see all of Maui and its beauty. The company has a nice set up, with a comfortable waiting area including restrooms and gift shop section. They have you go through a safety video, then walk you out to your 6 seater... 2 in the front with the pilot and 4 in the back. They take a pic of you before you board, which is a fun keepsake. I am petrified of heights and have to tell you I was not afraid at all. The pilot was amazing, the ride smooth and the scenery magnificent. At the end when they bring you back, you can purchase a thumb drive with the entire ride on video. It was fun (well worth the $40 cash price) to see the video of the whole experience -- back and forth between us in the helicopter and the gorgeous island of Maui.
Took The package of West Maui to Molokai and we had Cameron. The experience was excellent, got plenty of information as to what we were seeing it where we were going. Cameron did a great job he was personable and we even had fun laughing. When we come back again we will definitely be using this service for another ride.

Couldn't wipe the smile off our faces for the entire trip (West Maui / Molokai). Our group included wife and I, and two kids. The five year old got her own seat at the rear window, mom sat next to her, and I sat with the toddler (bit less than 2) on the other rear window seat (he was on my lap). Everyone had a blast.
The tour was spectacular however I cannot say the same for their website check out process. Be cautious when using their site since their web server doesn't force a secure connection over https. This means that any information you send them is being sent as plain text and isn't encrypted. You can fix this by switching the web site to https (secured), but it isn't something you should have to do. Be aware!
Worth It! Only way to truly gain an understanding of Maui's majesty is to see it from above. We did the doors off tour and it was incredible. Couple of takeaways for the doors off tour:

Pilot was a 60+ yr old very jovial person who gave an informative and audible commentary. Background Hawaiian music was very soothing. We felt safe at all times.
They allow you to buy the footage and picture afterward for 50.00 if you pay cash.
