Ryan L was our pilot flipping AWESOME!!!!! So funny (that's the top of the mountain) sat in front seat amazing views saw lots of whales surfers nude beach. Very knowledgeable. Absolutely will do that again and I would make sure Ryan was my pilot. This is an absolute must do !!! Don't think twice. Also recommended a couple restaurants and fruit stand. Thank you Ryan I did have lunch at The General Store.
Just took the West Maui/Molakai tour with Hawaiin helicopters. It was a great experience. Friendly staff, nice facilities. The pilot gave a excellent tour with lots of history, geologic facts, and cultural narrative. This company doesn't have it's own website, so information about location is difficult to find. But they fly putt of the same heliport as Blue Hawaii, do just look for that.
Chris (the pilot) was great, & everything was just as I had hoped for. Breathtaking views & fantastic narration. Highly recommended!
Took the 45 min West Maui + Molokai ride. Totally worth it. Great pilot (Dean) and ground staff. Amazing views.
I took this tour on 3/13/17, as it was recommended by our concierge. We took the West Maui/Molokai tour. The views were incredible and the pilot got us very close to the sights but my wife and I were disappointed in the pilot's tour skills. The pilot acted like he didn't want to be there, offering very few details, giving short answers and in general he was disinterested. I'd encourage you to try a different company, as I heard Blue Hawaii offered significantly better tour guides.
