The staff worked with me for 3 hours that evening until we hammered out a price, trade in and payments that met my criteria. I was treated with respect as a consumer, negotiator, and a woman. I have verbally reccommended this dealership to any person who will tolerate me gushing on. The service dept has been very helpful in accommodating my warranty work. I bought a used car from them. I put money down and everything. The car breaks down the very next day. There is nothing they will do but take more money for another car. This is what the manager tells me. You don't need to be Chinese about the money. How is that stuff. Worst place to go.
