We have been working with Ryan at Nissan Service on Maui for several years. He has always given us the best customer service and treats us like family. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and he is real, he's not acting, he's being himself.
Scheduled an appointment for an oil change two days prior. Dropped my car off with service rep named Tommy at 845 am. He assured me it'll be done no later then 11-1145am. Told him that's great since I work at 2pm. Called at noon no answer and it's now 430 pm n they close at 5pm. Been calling since noon leaving repeated messages on Tommy's voicemail and with the nice receptionists lady. I will never use this company again as they have poor customer service and an unworthy service center.
