I leased a 2018 Jeep Compass in October from Jim Falk. I will never make that mistake again. After the day I walked out of the dealership with my car, I never received any further communication from them. I never got my license plates or tags, I never got my second key fob for my vehicle, never got my registration from the state, although my insurance company had no issue getting my I'd cards mailed to me correctly in a timely manner. Hmm. Now, every time I call the dealership, no one has any clue where my plates are, if they even answer the phone. My sales person will not answer my calls or return my voicemails, nor will the Jeep general sales manager. I was assured that they would be taking care of all of the registration and DMV details when I leased the car. Now I don't have any clue how to make a car payment, no clue when I will receive my plates, and I don't know who else has a key to my vehicle since I never get my second fob.
Excellent communication, check in/out, and service... but waiting 2 weeks for an appointment is rough. It's enough to make me take a second thought at buying another in this brand group, since service expectations are a HUGE part of buying a new car.
