I was e-mailing Sebastian questions regarding a specific deal Honda was offering and he answered all my questions, so when I walked into the dealership I knew what I wanted. Julius helped me pick out the color of the vehicle, explained how things worked in the car and let me test drive it. We then took care of the documents and although it took awhile getting everything finalize (which was to be expected) we were able to get me the car and deal that I was looking for.
They both were very personable and neither tried to sell me anything I didn't want. You can tell the work environment at Island Honda is positive and the workers there are comfortable with each other, which puts the customers at ease.

I had a recall on my Element. The staff handled it very quickly and efficiently. The shuttle driver took me to the mall where I was expecting to spend hours but about an hour later I got a call from Paul everything was ready and they even did a check out of the car to make sure everything else was okay.
