Yes, they are located down the road from the actual airport, so you will likely have to take a taxi to go pick up your rental car (which the taxi drivers will despise you for because it's such a short drive), but that's really the only downside to renting from these guys. Also, after the airport renovations are complete, it may be a non-issue, but that's just an unconfirmed hunch at this point.
Great prices on reliable rental cars, and fantastic customer service on top of it. They responded quickly to all my emails before & during our stay, were professional & efficient over the phone, and even drove us to the airport after we returned our vehicle.
We rented a CRV for our honeymoon in September. It was nice enough and worked just fine. The owner picked us up from the airport really quickly after we called, helped put our bags in the car, no long lines waiting to get our car- just in and out within 10 min. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The best prices I could find on the island too!

Had great experience with them, no frictions. One thing I definitely want to point out is that they are honest people. After getting back from our vacation, my mom found her camera was lost, we felt bad, there're lots of nice family pictures in it and we had no idea where we left it. Then a few days later I got a call from this car rental company, they told me they found a camera in the car and would ship it to us. Really appreciate their service and kind heart!
