Oh my Gosh. Most disrespectful and inconsiderate bunch of people. They put a 23 year old woman in a car with no breaks, no struts, and no help. Should be out of biz.
I just came back to this site to get the phone number I had lost and was surprised to find a negative review. I've rented from this place twice and had a great experience both times. So nice to have the airport pick up and everyone was very nice.
Excellent service and rates. We went to Maui for vacation and another company gave our car reservation away. We found this place and they arranged to pick us up right away from the airport and still had vehicles when all other places had none. Very pleased. Now called Aloha Rent-A-Car

The folks at Word-of-Mouth have always been so easy to deal with!!! Plus finding a car at Christmas time can be challenging. Word-of-Mouth has always come through and delivered.
I have rented from Word-of-Mouth nearly half a dozen times over the past few years during various visits to Maui. Each time I have got an awesome vehicle at a great price!
Later: They have a four day minimum rental policy. This was not explained to me nor did they relent when I explained I had specifically asked about renting for only 2 days. The clerk and management actively and maliciously deceived me.
